"Restaurant Chef" about the project: This is a joint project not of developers or property owners, but of restaurant groups – Novikov Group and White Rabbit Family. This project, in a way, cleverly adapted to the growing trend of food markets, and only pretends to be one. It's difficult to classify it as a true food market, as there are no independent third-party participants; everything is created under the umbrella of two major restaurant groups and essentially functions as one large restaurant with different stations. However, this doesn't hinder the high foot traffic, and it aligns with the "food court 2.0" concept – bringing together various street food formats under one roof. At Nikolskaya Street, the creators of the project have "gathered" around 20 of the most trendy and fashionable themed concepts: healthy eating and vegetarian options, pasta and pizza, crabs and shrimp, Central Asia, Georgia, Japan, meat, chicken, burgers, curry or poke bowls, and even a simple urban cafe that operates 24 hours. The proximity to offices and the large number of tourists passing by contribute to the project's success, where the average bill is often significantly higher than 1000 rubles. Although we cannot segment the profit shares for each station, it is clear that the overall project has already proven its viability.
