Vinoterria

"Vinoterría" is a restaurant offering авторская (author's) and Black Sea cuisine, located at the intersection of wine routes in the Krasnodar region, between Novorossiysk and Anapa. It is also part of a country complex that includes, in addition to the restaurant, a mini-hotel with 8 rooms and the family-owned Nesterov Winery. The owner of the restaurant, Valery Nesterov, and his family have always loved to cook. The dishes at "Vinoterría" are авторские (author's), but based on strong family traditions. The restaurant's head chef, Evgeny Viytik, is the president of the Guild of Chefs of the Black Sea Coast and a hereditary chef, following his grandmother's lineage. The menu features ingredients typical of Black Sea cuisine, which is famous in the Krasnodar region. A unique feature of the establishment is the original presentation of the dishes and the chef's ability to create unusual flavor combinations. The core values of "Vinoterría" are hospitality, creativity, and innovation, the ability to combine family traditions with a love for experimentation, and the development of enogastronomic culture and gastronomic tourism in the Krasnodar region. One of the significant events was the opening of the Chef's Table outdoor dining area on the vineyards, a unique culinary theater under the open sky. People travel from other cities specifically to attend these events, to meet with chefs at the same table, to sample different cuisines in one place, and to ask any questions about gastronomy to the best chefs in the country. The "Vinoterría" restaurant was included in the TOP 10 restaurants of the National Restaurant Award WHERETOEAT SOUTH 2022.
