Verso Capitaneo

From the entrance on Piazza Duomo, you take a lift to this restaurant on the second floor where three long tables are arranged in front of the open-view kitchen so that guests can watch the chefs at work (there are also more traditional tables away from the kitchen if you prefer something more conventional). The Capitaneo brothers from Puglia are at the helm here, serving creative cuisine with the occasional influence from their native region, as well as dishes that also embrace the gastronomic traditions of their adopted city of Milan.
