Why "UGODNIKI"? "Ugodnik" means someone who "strives to bring pleasure." But it also refers to someone who is dedicated to their craft. Our mission is to develop the restaurant industry culture in the city and country, and to connect people with each other. Every three months, a new chef from a prominent Russian project creates a new menu. We invite guests on a culinary journey to experience the chef's style and philosophy. Chefs who have already been part of this include Roman Shaposhnikov, Alexander Galuza, and Igor Sinideev. The chefs share their expertise and inspire the team, led by our executive chef, Anton Nikitin. The concept bartender, Anton Kishta, combines the gastronomic cultures of Europe, from northern France to the southern regions of Italy. The cocktails transport you to the mythological world of ancient Germanic, Celtic, and Prussian tribes. Our sommelier, Roman Shvaichenko, has curated a wine list featuring renowned houses, trendy selections, and popular favorites, including exclusive and Russian wines. We offer many options by the glass using the Coravin system. The interior, with elements of Flemish style, combines religious motifs and the bourgeois luxury of the 19th century with the simplicity and practicality of the modern era. It is neat and elegant, like a European aristocrat. Candles on the tables and niches in the walls create an atmosphere of tranquility and aesthetic pleasure. The extensive bar, with its accent burgundy area, on the other hand, encourages indulgence, drawing attention and focus to the "theatre of the kitchen." The gastropub hosts gala dinners, special events, wine evenings, and exciting collaborations. The creator of the project, Olga Sharf, says: "I have been working towards this dream for 10 years. For me, it is important to expand people's horizons and provide opportunities for growth, not only for our guests but also for our team."
