This small wine bar (with seating for 35) boasts an extensive wine list (600 selections) from the Berezuцкий brothers, who are committed to sourcing everything locally. In addition to their own supply of crabs and northern shrimp for Wine&Crab, they operate a farm that provides their restaurants with produce from the Kaluga region, featuring unique varieties and flavors. They also handle their own wine imports. This commitment to quality has attracted wine enthusiasts who appreciate the mantra: a bottle of Blanc de Blancs from Delamotte for 5100 rubles, a bottle of Etienne Sauzet Puligny-Montrachet 2014 for 8300 rubles, or a bottle of Château Haut-Batailley Grand Cru 1986 for 8400 rubles. The by-the-glass selection is also impressive, with "still" wines starting at 390 rubles (for a Tuscan Villa Pillo Cingalino 2015), and classic sparkling wines starting at 990 rubles (for a glass of Bollinger). Like Wine&Crab, the wine list is presented on an iPad, allowing guests to explore options by grape variety, region, aroma, or price. To complement the wine, the brothers have created a selection of appetizers perfect for the occasion, including "Padrón" peppers (420 rubles), marinated Argentine shrimp with mango (450 rubles), soft-shell crab with pickled cucumbers and mini-baguettes with yuzu (650 rubles), and a miso-glazed pork belly (480 rubles). The main courses include ravioli with farmhouse stracciatella and marinated northern shrimp (750 rubles), Murmansk scallops with vegetables and tomato-lavender consommé (850 rubles), a crab cake with celery and green apple puree (1150 rubles), and a signature roasted young goat (4600 rubles – per quarter).
