An unassuming location, admittedly, close to a road junction, leading eventually to a simple dining room with a few outdoor tables. The cooking, however, is rather more interesting, ranging from the classics of Lazio (beginning with the pasta dishes featuring guanciale, namely gricia, amatriciana and carbonara) to recipes from other regions.
