Tetto

Tetto is a stylish bistro offering a non-traditional Italian cuisine and a sophisticated cocktail bar, blending authenticity with modern trends.

We take classic Italian dishes and use both Italian and local ingredients, adding our own unique interpretation. Following current trends, the dishes are not given grandiose names, but instead are described in detail to the guest, outlining their ingredients. New textures are widely used: a black lime gel complements the pâté, the béchamel sauce for the lasagna becomes a mousse, and buckwheat is transformed into popcorn to accompany the eggplant filet mignon.
