MAISON ROUGE – a gastronomic theater of moods: an evening salon and club in perfect harmony. French aesthetics, aristocratic service, and haute cuisine for beautiful evenings and long nights.
MAISON ROUGE This project encompasses three distinct concepts: a restaurant, a salon-lounge, and a nightclub. Each format caters to a specific desire of the guest at a given time, while also maintaining a balanced transition between them. The sound design transitions from classical music in the evening to modern music at night, and the lighting changes accordingly. This creates a smooth and cyclical atmosphere in Maison Rouge, much like the flow of matter within a lava lamp, a reference that is reflected in the design. The overall impression of Maison Rouge is formed by the symbiosis of architecture, music, and gastronomy, combined with privacy and exclusivity, while a shared aesthetic code unites the clientele. Aristocratic service, the refined elegance of the cuisine, and French aesthetics: the dragonfly was chosen as a symbol. It flits through the textiles, porcelain, and menu, transporting you directly to the radiant beauty of the Belle Époque, reminding you that Maison Rouge is a place for effortless elegance and beauty. CUISINE The cuisine at Maison Rouge is haute cuisine with a focus on the highest quality and exquisite presentation. The menu draws on Mediterranean traditions, featuring delicacies, seafood, and steaks: spaghetti with crab, Wagyu carpaccio with black caviar, truffle croquettes, porterhouse steak, and octopus with a pepper sauce. The kitchen is run by a team of executive chefs: Mikhail Luchshev and Alexander Zuev. Luchshev has worked with the Grand Hotel Europe in St. Petersburg and has trained in Italy and Croatia. Zuev has experience in Michelin-starred restaurants in Yerevan, Yalta, and Thailand. The menu begins with a raw bar: oysters, caviar, sea urchins, crudo, and tartare. The meat section features dry-aged steaks, ribeye, picanha, and Japanese Wagyu A5. From the classics, you'll find layered pastries, tournedos Rossini, and risotto with truffle. Among the signature dishes are linguine with smoked ricotta, cod in miso, and salmon with fennel. For larger groups, there are options like tagliatelle with lobster, linguine with vongole, and duck magret.
