The restaurant is situated on a sunny alpine pasture with breathtaking views of the Dolomites, where the Schneider family has transformed the chalet built in 1940 by their grandfather Johann into a place that is truly unique. The gastronomic experience unfolds through à la carte dishes and an elaborate tasting menu, featuring little masterpieces of aesthetics and taste: the emulsion of brown trout with dill, chamomile and heather jelly is a revelation, as are the spaghetti made with beetroot, yeast flour and yarrow. The wine list – which also includes alcohol-free options – is lovingly curated by Gisela, the chef's sister.
