Takahuli

Takakhuli is a Georgian bistro located on Patriarch's Ponds, brought to you by the Alba Group restaurant holding. The concept of the project is based on the idea of an endless Georgian celebration and a lighthearted approach to serious matters.

The menu focuses on Georgian comfort food: familiar Georgian dishes, but reinterpreted by chef Sergey Otdelev. Each dish is not just food, but a true journey through the streets of Tbilisi, the banks of the Kura River, and other iconic locations in beloved Georgia, with a wide variety of khachapuri, appetizers, dumplings, and meat dishes serving as your guides. The cocktail menu offers a separate culinary experience: signature cocktails with Georgian influences, infusions, herbs, and light fruit mixes.
