Mirkko Zago and Arkady Novikov's fine-dining restaurant has opened on the second floor of the well-known "Aist" restaurant.

The new "Onest" restaurant, created by Arkady Novikov and chef Mirkko Zago, is located on the second floor of the "Aist" restaurant (8/1 Malaya Bronnaya Street). The new space accommodates 77 guests. The interior design was created by the Asthetique studio, resulting in a bright and minimalist aesthetic. "This will be a restaurant featuring original Mediterranean cuisine. In each dish, I strive to allow the ingredients to retain their true flavor and freshness, enhancing them without overwhelming them. Of course, the menu will include many traditional Italian recipes, and you may also find a Russian touch in some dishes," says chef Mirkko Zago about his new project. Guests will have the opportunity to order dishes from the à la carte menu, as well as try a tasting menu curated by the chef.
