The modern and simple design of T+T exudes relaxed chic, reminiscent of a French bistro. The chef juggles Malaysian, Korean, Taiwanese and other Asian influences to create cuisine that boasts bold, complex flavours, layered textures and a sophisticated touch. He also draws inspiration from hearty and comforting street food – expect to see wheel cake with a savoury filling as a starter and, for dessert, a deconstructed version of martabak manis.
