About

"SoupBerry" is a gastronomic pub that opened in 2014. The project is located in a three-story mansion on the historic Stoyalaya Street. The restaurant is managed by Alena Malysheva, a chef and a native of Rybinsk.

The pub "SoupBerry" was launched by successful businessman Ivan Lashkin and restaurateur Vyacheslav Kazakov, the creator of the stylish Moscow projects Hands neo-bistro and Hands Asian in the Khamovniki district. The team behind the project focused on local ingredients and modern flavors.

"SoupBerry" is a gastronomic pub, founded in 2014, located in a three-story mansion on the historic Stoyalaya Street in Rybinsk. The restaurant is managed by experienced chef and Rybinsk native, Anna Malysheva, who has extensive knowledge of local products and Russian cuisine.

Anna uses mostly local ingredients in her dishes, including a variety of wild northern fish, with the perch sourced from the "Rybinskoye Sea." She also brings in organic meat from the "Uglich Pole" brand, located nearby, directly from Uglich. All dishes are prepared in an open kitchen, allowing guests to visually witness the cooking process. The pub is divided into three cozy rooms, offering comfortable seating for groups or for hosting events. The interior is designed in light colors, with soft, comfortable sofas and walls painted to resemble white brick, creating a feeling of a cozy home.

The gastronomic menu now starts with hummus served with a salad of smoked catfish (280 rubles), crispy lamb pastries served with homemade adjika (320 rubles), and for those who prefer classic dishes, a juicy vinaigrette made with roasted vegetables and pickled mushrooms (280 rubles). For a touch of originality, you can order a flatbread with tuna tartare and raspberry sauce (290 rubles) or with slow-cooked beef tails (290 rubles). The appetizer section includes a creamy curry soup with seafood (290 rubles) and a lamb soup with pesto made from quince and sorrel (200 rubles) – a perfect comfort food for cold winter days. The hearty beef borscht with pampushki (garlic bread) and rendered pork fat (200 rubles) remains a popular choice.

A true specialty can be found among the hot dishes: flounder baked with grilled vegetables and garlic butter (470 rubles) or Black Sea needlefish with berbblanc sauce and watercress salad (480 rubles). Large "pil-pil" shrimp (390 rubles) are also available – an affordable luxury prepared by the chef. Another interesting option is the colorful conchiglioni pasta, baked with mozzarella cheese and turkey ragu (340 rubles) – they literally melt in your mouth. You can also order a variety of breads, from cheese rolls (25 rubles) to a unique tomato bread (15 rubles), all baked in-house.

A signature feature of "SoupBerry" is a large glass display case filled with a wide selection of desserts and candies with unique flavors. There's also poached pear in white chocolate (250 rubles), éclairs with vanilla cream (80 rubles), and the familiar "Kartoshka" cake from childhood (80 rubles). Among the new additions are two gluten-free and lactose-free desserts: a chocolate-cherry dessert (240 rubles) and a strawberry dessert (200 rubles). Feel free to choose one of these treats, enjoy a cup of tea, and head to a premiere at the Rybinsk Drama Theater or take a stroll along the Volga embankment.
