SULUGULI is a restaurant with a hospitable atmosphere and flavorful, vibrant dishes, where a unique character blends seamlessly with a modern interior. In the past, it took overcoming thousands of kilometers to taste the best khinkali or the best khachapuri, to discover that there are more than three varieties, and that the variations in fillings are countless. Today, all of this is available in one place – at Suluguli. The menu is based on traditional Georgian cuisine. It also features culinary masterpieces – delicate khachapuri, spicy kharcho, fragrant hot dishes, complemented by popular European dishes. The open kitchen allows guests to observe the food being prepared – to see how aromatic flatbreads are baked in a real wood-fired oven, how juicy kebabs and shashlik are cooked on an open grill, the variety of which is astonishing, and to watch our national chefs hand-prepare dishes made with dough.
