The Tyumen region is a place where "everything is mixed together," and our cuisine is incredibly diverse, blending the best traditions of Siberian, Northern, and multinational cuisines. The restaurant's cuisine reflects a rich Soviet heritage, as well as the classic canons of pre-revolutionary Russian merchant and noble cuisine. Siberia is Russia's main culinary treasure trove, and we strive to discover new flavors and enrich Siberian culinary and dining traditions. We welcome our guests in the traditional Siberian style – "lavishly and generously." We believe that Russia has multiple capitals, and Tyumen is undoubtedly one of them!
