Steak House "Prime" represents a new direction in the culinary culture of the city of Ivanovo. It's the only place where you can taste premium, dry-aged steaks.

Our head chef, Igor Vavilin, has: • Over 20 years of experience in the meat industry. • He is responsible not only for the kitchen at "Prime," but also for the kitchen at our restaurant "IZI kitchen." • He was the creative head chef at "GOODMAN," the oldest steakhouse chain in Moscow.

Igor has developed a very comprehensive meat-focused concept for "Prime." We aim to unlock the full potential and flavor of marbled beef.

Our head bartender, Alexei Uskov, has created signature cocktails and infusions that complement the flavors of the dishes. The wine list features over thirty exceptional and powerful wines, including selections from Russian winemakers.
