The interior of "The Owl" is a true fairytale. It seamlessly blends elements of the Russian forest with urban life. The calming shades of green and wood, the floral accents in the decor, and the soft lighting create an atmosphere where you can relax and feel as if you're surrounded by nature, even in the heart of the metropolis.

At "The Owl," Chef Nikolai Ushakov offers a variety of dumplings, including six different types, some featuring wild game and pickled fern! The menu also features a creamy soup made with chanterelle mushrooms harvested seasonally, and instead of imported seabass and dorada, the restaurant uses Volga perch, pike, and bream. Nikolai reinterprets traditional dishes from local cuisine, using modern cooking techniques while preserving their authentic character.

Mornings become truly delightful when you start them with a proper breakfast – for example, at the restaurant "The Owl." This unique offering is perfect for locals: you can choose the "buffet" option, which is available from 7:00 AM on weekdays and from 7:30 AM on weekends, or order from a special breakfast menu.

For our youngest guests, we have prepared a special children's menu, as well as a cozy corner with toys from "The Owl," where children can have fun while you enjoy your meal.
