RIBS is a restaurant offering cuisine from three regions of the world: Russian, Pan-Asian, and Mediterranean. It features an open kitchen, a wood-fired oven, and a unique chef's table where Chef Ilya Travkin hosts special dining experiences!

RIBS is a stylish restaurant located in the city center, encompassing over 1000 square meters. The restaurant's interior is characterized by its spaciousness, thanks to the high ceilings and large panoramic windows overlooking the bustling Belinsky Street. The concept revolves around impressive food presentations, a striking interior, live music, meat, and wine. We offer our guests a fresh perspective on gastronomy. At RIBS, we don't adhere to a specific cuisine; instead, we blend classic and modern elements. Every Friday and Saturday, cover bands perform at the restaurant, while Thursdays are dedicated to dinners and wine tastings. The restaurant is divided into four distinct zones: - The main hall, where guests are immediately greeted by the open kitchen and oven. This is the most vibrant area, featuring a large screen, a stage, and a seating capacity of 100 people. - The wine room, which features a unique installation resembling a volcanic tree. - A secluded lounge area, perfect for quiet and relaxed evenings. - A private VIP room, ideal for family events.
