Our team is passionate about introducing Solo by Dolce's guests to new dimensions of taste and self-care. We are dedicated to our shared mission, striving to set our own culinary trends, develop coffee culture, and discover new flavor combinations for our guests and participants in our gastronomic dinners. We are wholeheartedly committed to this concept. We are opening up all our processes, and we want our guests to witness: the creation of their dish, the coffee roasting process, from green bean to the aromatic beverage in your cup, we want to become closer to you and constantly grow before your eyes. Perhaps you won't find the same food at Solo that you're accustomed to trying in other restaurants. We don't want to reinterpret familiar dishes; our path is to create something new, paying homage to nature and the people who come to us with their friends and loved ones.
