Neoni is for everyone.

The concept is based on the image of a girl named Neoni. Instead of a face, a white silhouette is used to maintain a sense of mystery. Each guest can project their own interpretation of Neoni, similar to how readers imagine characters in a book, with each person having their own vision.

To maintain the Japanese style, the girl is dressed in a kimono with Japanese patterns and designs that surround her. The beauty of the kimono lies in the fact that it depicts the residential complex where the bistro is located, with detailed drawings of the buildings, roads, shops, and establishments surrounding the complex.

In a short period, just 1.5 years, we have become a beloved dining destination for residents and visitors of our city. Our bistro's target audience is young and successful people. However, we welcome all guests, as our concept allows us to do so.
