Smorrebrod

The project focuses on Danish open-faced sandwiches – "smørrebrød" – and features a menu with a dozen varieties of these sandwiches made with bread from the artisanal bakery "Baton," along with a couple of soups and a few Scandinavian-style hot dishes. The selection also includes carefully chosen ciders and beers, 15 wines by the glass, and homemade liqueurs.

The concept was created by Katya Plotnikova and Alexander Burbyga.
