Website: [Website address - not provided in the text] Concept by: Simple Company ABOUT THE RESTAURANT The synergy between the restaurant and wine bar proved popular with the first establishment of the same name on Neglinnaya Street, and set the right direction for the development of the second. The second SimpleWine&Kitchen opened in February 2019 in a new culinary cluster in the capital, on the site of the Miussky tram depot. This "wine-minded" restaurant offers a selection of over 1000 wines. The restaurant's signature dishes, including sharing platters and freshly prepared items, were developed by the restaurant's head chef, Semyon Nutels, a winner of the Omnivore chef competition. The chef's ideas are brought to life by a strong team of professionals who are passionate about gastronomy and wine.
