The first fast-food cafe, based on the concept of fried potatoes, has opened in the "Depo Belorusskaya" food hall. The potatoes are not ordinary – they come from a farm owned by Ksenia Krylosova, the creator of the concept, located near Krasnodar. The variety is "yellow gala," which is recommended for a healthy diet due to its high content of carotene, vitamin C, protein, and low starch content. In the cafe, the potatoes go through all stages of preparation: washing, peeling, cutting, and frying. You can order a side dish with your potatoes: beef, chicken, or a vegetable option, and of course, a sauce. The selection includes Black Pepper, Parmesan cheese, Coconut Chili, Avocado Mousse, Creamy, Unagi, Tartare, and Adjika – a total of 30 sauces, all made in-house.
