Gastronomy, wine, and art are "sciences" of beauty. Taste can be broken down into countless details, and is shaped by vision, sensory experience, and acoustic harmony. We have assembled this neurophysiological puzzle in our restaurant. Our waiters not only guide guests through the world of gastronomy, but also, literally, lead them through the art exhibition. The restaurant features several exhibitions of artists, which change periodically. Our wine list is an exhibition of wine labels. Each wine is carefully selected so that we can tell guests about it through the lens of art and vision.
