About

"Qingdao" is a restaurant serving traditional Chinese cuisine, located near the "Kitay-Gorod" metro station in a building with historical European architecture. The establishment opened in 2015 and is open seven days a week. The menu features dishes from Beijing, Shandong, and Sichuan cuisines, prepared by chefs originally from China.

The restaurant's head chef moved to Moscow in 1994, working as a cook at the "Beijing" hotel, and later as the head chef at the "Peking Duck" restaurant on Tverskaya Street. In 2015, he opened the "Green Tea" restaurant, followed by "Qingdao" in 2017.

Among the signature dishes are Peking duck, a vegetable salad called "Harbin" made with tofu and Chinese cabbage, fried carp "Belka" in a sweet and sour sauce, and Shandong-style chicken. The menu also includes soups, side dishes, desserts, and a bar list. The restaurant's interior is designed in a traditional Chinese style.
