The SheLESt restaurant is located on the grounds of the Just WOOD country hotel in the Tula region. Under the direction of Chef Anton Krupenin, the kitchen focuses on simplicity in its best form, using local ingredients and creating dishes that are both familiar and prepared using traditional methods. The restaurant's signature dishes feature wild fish and meat cooked in a wood-fired oven, while main courses and salads incorporate vegetables from the hotel's own greenhouse, dairy products from local farms, and mushrooms foraged on-site. The interior of the SheLESt restaurant, designed to complement the natural landscape of the hotel grounds, is decorated in shades of green and brown, reminiscent of the forest. Large windows allow natural light to flood the space and provide guests with access to a terrace offering panoramic views of the unspoiled nature. The restaurant is not only open to guests of the Just WOOD country hotel; it is also open to anyone who wishes to embark on a culinary journey.
