About
In his professional career, Anton has worked in the kitchens of several popular Italian restaurants, including "Maritozzo," "La Pasta," "Trattoria Da Chicco," and the Mediterranean restaurant "Botik Petra." In 2019, he completed an internship with Evgeny Vikentiev, the executive chef of the Hamlet + Jacks restaurant chain in St. Petersburg. In addition to Italian cuisine, Anton is also proficient in other popular cuisines, and he describes his style as "comfort food," striving to preserve the natural flavors of the ingredients in each dish. As a result, the menu at the SheLESt restaurant features locally sourced products: meat and wild fish cooked in a wood-fired oven, salads and main courses made with fresh vegetables and dairy products from local farms.
Anton has loved cooking since childhood, but the conscious decision to dedicate himself to gastronomy came at the age of 14, after reading Anthony Bourdain's book "Kitchen Confidential."
