The story of "SET" began with a desire to explore the art and science of coffee bean roasting and beverage preparation. And since the world is full of flavor combinations, we didn't limit ourselves to just drinks. We immediately started offering delicious breakfasts – served throughout the day – as well as salads, pasta, and risotto, which are more substantial dishes from European cuisine. In our pastry shop, we carefully combine ingredients to create the most desirable accompaniments to our coffees, which we deliver to our cafes every morning so that guests can enjoy the freshest desserts.
