"Morskaya" is a restaurant located in Mayakovka, featuring panoramic windows with a view of the historical center of Moscow. The authentic interior resembles the deck of a yacht, and the attentive service creates a special atmosphere and comfort, encouraging relaxation. The "Morskaya" restaurant offers a fusion cuisine that combines culinary traditions from resorts around the world. The foundation is the freshest seafood, prepared using various techniques that preserve the true flavor of the ingredients. Shrimp is a key ingredient, used in a variety of dishes with both simple and elaborate presentations. The menu also includes sea urchins, oysters, mussels, scallops, and the freshest fish, grilled over an open flame, as well as a carefully curated wine list and 16 varieties of draft beer from different parts of the world. The head chef of the "Vkusno Pit!" holding, Anton Shirokov, a winner of the international SLOW FOOD competition in 2018, is responsible for the kitchen. Anton represented Russia at the International Food Show in Changgu (China), where he took first place among participants from 50 countries and received the "BEST CREATIVE DISH" award.
