This atmospheric bar is located in The Gamma Hotel, overlooking the Obvodny Canal. The concept of the establishment is inspired by the times when sculptors adorned the facades of St. Petersburg with intricate details. The design evokes a theater hall, with muted colors, soft lighting, and busts of ancient Greek philosophers gazing down from the shelves. The bar offers cocktails and classic non-alcoholic beverages. The menu is updated weekly. To avoid distractions from philosophical discussions, the owners have created a concise menu that focuses on unconventional burgers: chicken and parmesan, lamb and blue cheese, and panini with mozzarella and tomatoes. A highlight of the establishment is its selection of European cuisine, which complements the wine collection and cocktails.
