A multi-layered speakeasy-style establishment with a unique atmosphere, Euro-Asian cuisine, experimental cocktails, and diverse events.
Mr. Pinky is a concept of author's, seasonal restaurants located within lifestyle boutique hotels, LOFTEL. Each restaurant embodies the hotel's concept and serves as its heart. Currently, conceptual hotels are under construction in Moscow, Indonesia, and Hong Kong, and Mr. Pinky in these locations will serve as a platform for the team's touring activities, allowing us to exchange traditions, rituals, and culinary expertise. The restaurant concept also includes hosting foreign chefs and bartenders who can stay at the hotel. RESTOCLUB: ABOUT THE PROJECT An unusual restaurant located in a historic building, a tenement house designed by Adalbert Liske on English Avenue. To enter Mr. Pinky, you must book a table in advance and provide a secret password at the entrance. The project's concept revolves around the character of Mr. Pinky – a mysterious millionaire, an avid traveler, and a gangster from Asia. The surreal interior of the establishment, with its eclectic style and ethnic touches, transports guests to an atmosphere reminiscent of Ubud, Bali. Here, you can endlessly examine every detail: the rooms are filled with paintings by contemporary artists, candles in unusual candleholders, decorative animal heads and skulls, vintage furniture, and plants such as the carnivorous Venus flytrap. The creators paid special attention to the sound design, which has become an integral part of the culinary experience. Exclusive soundtracks, created by musicians and DJs specifically for Mr. Pinky, harmoniously complement the created atmosphere. The dishes and drinks continue the stated concept and affect not only the taste buds but also the emotions, thanks to the impressive presentation and exotic flavor combinations. The menu is curated by Chef Igor Alikov, known for his work at Cococo and Futura. He updates the menu once a month, removing some items and adding others. The focus is on Asian cuisine and the use of seasonal products from Siberia. We recommend trying the confit octopus with Parmesan sauce and potato gnocchi, duck with foie gras sauce and butternut squash gratin, or tuna tataki with watermelon sauce and fragrant tarragon. To complement the meal, we suggest experimenting with cocktails. The basis for the mixes is distillates and infusions created according to our own recipes. Each one is a part of the overall story of the millionaire's life. For example, the cocktail with Scottish whiskey, ginger, and the aroma of tobacco is a tribute to Mr. Pinky's father, while the fruit cocktail with bitters is a reminder of the garden next to the house where the future adventurer grew up.
