"Saiar" is a restaurant in Kazan where theatre, history, and gastronomy converge in a single space. The concept is inspired by the first Tatar traveling theatre, "Saiar," and every detail of the interior references the stage, performances, and the spirit of creativity. The establishment occupies two floors of the new Kamal Theatre and has a capacity of over 200 seats. The interior combines theatrical grandeur with an intimate atmosphere: the halls are dedicated to iconic performances, and a spiral staircase and a ten-meter-high bar serve as central focal points. The head chef is Alexander Sadchikov, known for his modern interpretations of local dishes. The menu combines European techniques with Tatar influences – each dish reflects a balance of taste, idea, and aesthetics. The pastry chef is Yuri Kirillov, a winner of the WhereToEat award, whose creations are inspired by theatrical symbolism and female characters from the stage. The bar offers a selection of classic and signature cocktails with national flavors, wines from the Old and New Worlds, and a tea collection featuring Tatar blends. "Saiar" is a place where every dinner becomes a small performance, and the atmosphere is as inspiring as the stage itself.
