The concept, inspired by the name of a warming and inviting drink, has been brought to life in a space for adults (18+), where key elements harmoniously blend: innovative cuisine, unique cocktails and smoked cocktails, and, of course, that very "Negroni-infused" vibe. "Negroni" is more than just a venue; it's a carefully designed space where the atmosphere, interaction, and exclusive experience are the most valuable aspects. The core concept is a unique combination of a creative bar and a smoked cocktail lounge, designed to create an atmosphere of lively communication, freedom, and unity. Our mission is to create a space that encourages relaxed conversation, genuine interaction, and positive energy, where time seems to stand still, and everyone can "breathe in the warmth of connection," being present in the moment. The culinary philosophy of the establishment is based on pairing, where each dish, drink, and smoked cocktail complements each other, creating a complete sensory experience. The bar menu is a source of pride. It features the largest collection of Negronis in Kazan, ranging from classic recipes to innovative variations, including a unique Tatar Negroni with "chak-chak" (a traditional Tatar dessert), dried plums, and apricots. In addition, guests can enjoy original mixes with cloudberries, watermelon, sorrel, and buckwheat, as well as a wide selection of wines and spirits. The interior of the gastrobar is a visual representation of its name. The deep hues of Negroni dominate the color palette, while natural materials such as wood and stone, combined with live plants and neon accents, create a comfortable and versatile environment. The space is divided into three functional zones, allowing each guest to choose their preferred way to relax: a secluded grotto, handcrafted from gypsum, creates a private and comfortable atmosphere for deep conversations; the longest bar in Kazan, measuring 16 meters, serves as a communication hub, bringing guests together; and the main hall, with its relaxed vibe, features separate gaming areas with the latest PlayStation consoles. A key characteristic of the service is its "vibe," meaning friendly, intelligent, and engaging. The "vibe masters" are hookah specialists and communication experts who create a pleasant and interactive environment. An Italian-style lottery game called "Biribissi," played with the staff, helps to pass the time and encourages interaction.
