ANNA bistrot

A vibrant, intimate bistro with exciting cuisine from a renowned chef, located near Tukay Square.

This project is by Fine Group. The concept revolves around gastronomic and visual experiences inspired by travel around the world. This is reflected in the studio design by Krivtsova&Redina: subtle vintage touches, colorful murals depicting Kazan landmarks, balloons, and a collection of travel books on the shelves.

The menu is curated by Artyom Laptev, the brand chef ("Chirem," Gina, L'elephant, and other Fine Group restaurants), and the best chef in Tatarstan according to Wheretoeat-2023. The compact menu features improvisations on recipes from different countries around the world. Starters include cheese soufflé with shrimp and scallop crudo with nectarine. Main courses include shrimp chowder, sirloin steak with enoki mushrooms, and a small pizza with truffle-infused Camembert.
