"Ryba" (Fish) is a pescetarian bistro with a focus on ethical consumption. We strive for simplicity, but not boredom. We are passionate about the concept of local sourcing, and this is reflected in everything – from the dishes on the menu, to the suppliers of beer and coffee roasters, to the furniture makers and speakers. "Ryba" is more than just a restaurant with good coffee, beer, and cider. We aim to become a city platform for various initiatives, from lectures and tastings to set dinners, swaps, and parties.

What problem does the project solve, and how? Currently, "Ryba" is a platform that, on the one hand, educates residents of Tyumen about various ethical initiatives (such as avoiding meat, local sourcing, waste sorting and recycling, and reducing overconsumption), and on the other hand, creates a community for people already involved in these issues. We strive to be a non-intrusive educational platform, and we already host lectures on beer culture, sourdough bread making, and film screenings. In the future, we aim to attract more experts, as we see that educational leisure activities are becoming increasingly popular. We believe that even a small business has a great responsibility towards the environment and resources, so we strive to make it more environmentally friendly and ethical.
