Rusiko

About

A culinary collaboration between two chefs from the same restaurant group – a restaurant serving Russian and Georgian cuisine, offering nostalgic feasts characteristic of both cultures.

Rusiko is a Russian-Georgian restaurant for those who want to spend quality time with loved ones, enjoying traditional, nostalgic gatherings. It's a fusion of Georgian and Russian cuisines. The menu features both Georgian salads and Russian vinaigrette with dried herring, khachapuri and pastries, a hearty kharcho soup, and traditional Russian cabbage soup cooked in a clay pot. A distinctive feature of the restaurant is the offering of a genuine Russian "Samovar Feast," along with a selection of handcrafted liqueurs served on a real log. The restaurant's menu is a talented collaboration between the two head chefs of the Polyana company: Evgeny Gurin and Andrey Rogachev. The bar is managed by Konstantin Polishchuk, who oversees all the bar operations. The bartenders themselves create almost all the ingredients for the drinks, from syrups to fruit jellies used for decoration. Everything is made with the highest quality, natural ingredients. Konstantin personally sourced the herbs used for the "Samovar Feast" (a samovar with three herbal teas to choose from, an assortment of pastries, jams, and fruit jellies) from various herbalists across the country. The cocktail menu features drinks with Russian flavors, such as a "raspberry and beetroot spritz," as well as a wide selection of liqueurs, and, of course, Georgian classics: wine and chacha.
