Rudi is Rudolph Valentino, and RUDI is an Italian bistro in the style of "rudi's hand-made," created by a team of like-minded individuals known for their unique and creative approach to the restaurant business.

RUDI Italian bistro is Italy in the heart of Moscow, a tribute to classic simplicity and genius. Rudi is all about family, teamwork, and shared creativity. Hospitality and authenticity are central to the concept. It's also important to remember that the restaurant is named after Rudolph Valentino, the Italian-born sex symbol of the silent film era. Therefore, Rudi represents taste, inspiration, enjoyment, and charm. The founders are Lera Shulyomova and Pavel Kazmin. Rudi has two chefs: Pavel himself and Zafar Kamilov ("Ragu," "Glenuill") – our treasure. He trained in Italian kitchens, striving to understand, feel, and learn how to create dishes in Russia that are just as delicious and flavorful. The menu features many classic dishes, with some personal interpretations. The foundation for the pizzas and pastas is 100% "rudi's hand-made." Zafar developed this recipe over 5 years, constantly refining it to achieve perfection. Carpaccio, crudo, burrata, sardines, risotto, and many other beloved Italian dishes can be found on our menu. Marat Shataev is the head bartender, having worked on prominent projects such as "Pinch," "Sempre," and "Severiane." Now, Marat is with us, creating his own signature cocktails, a special creamy limoncello, and, of course, setting the mood, both behind and beyond the bar. Nastya Vilisova is the sommelier at Rudi, a long-time friend and kindred spirit. She was part of the teams at "Big Wine Freaks," "Gorynych," "Rico," "Uiliam's," and helped open "Stall" with Natasha Berezova. She also organized private wine evenings, for example, at the well-known "Noor bar." Moreover, Nastya is a true wine enthusiast, which is truly captivating. In addition to Italian cuisine, Rudi is also about the Italian spirit: lively conversations, genuine smiles, morning sparkling wine, kisses and hugs, expansive gestures, and warmth.
