Our main goal is to preserve and highlight the quality and flavor characteristics of the original ingredients. We strive to use as many products as possible that are produced in Russia, and especially in the Kaliningrad region. Our menu features a refined classic style with a subtle hint of adventure, expressed through interesting and flavorful sauces, additions of caramelized vegetables and fruits, and unusual compositional arrangements. These details are designed not only to make the dish visually appealing but also to bring out the flavor notes in a new and sometimes unexpected way. We cook in a unique X-oven, using wood charcoal. Dishes prepared in this way acquire a distinctive natural smoky aroma that can only be achieved by burning natural wood. We cook in an open kitchen, sharing our energy with our guests. Watching the team of skilled chefs work together is just as interesting as watching the fire burn in our charcoal oven. The Felix Krul restaurant is unique not only for its open kitchen and charcoal oven but also for its cozy, all-weather terrace. The terrace is attached to the building and seamlessly extends the restaurant's interior space. It is well protected from wind and rain by special structures. In good weather, these structures open and retract, allowing guests to enjoy the sun and the fresh sea air without any obstruction.
