About

Gastronomic bistro with trendy, innovative cuisine and a craft bakery.

Concept creators: Alexander Oganezov and Glen Ballis. Moscow. https://www.facebook.com/remykitchenbakery "Restaurant Chef" about the restaurant:

The latest joint venture by restaurateur Alexander Oganezov and executive chef Glen Ballis (who previously collaborated on Cutfish) opened near Patriarch's Ponds, on the corner of Malaya Bronnaya Street and Tverskoy Boulevard, at the beginning of summer. The concept combines a restaurant with innovative cuisine and a small bakery. The new establishment embraces all the popular trends: the bakery produces artisanal bread using its own sourdough and offers gluten-free pastries, while the restaurant focuses on simple ingredient combinations, a fusion of international cuisines, grilled dishes, and a meat aging chamber. Ballis's innovative cuisine is evident from the first glance: he uses concise combinations of 3-5 ingredients, emphasizing the quality of the main product. Few can replicate his style, which is why each new project is eagerly anticipated, and guests flock to it immediately. The interior was designed by the Sundukov sisters' design studio: the space is furnished with furniture in rich, cozy shades of red and green, and a lot of brass hardware is used in the decoration – the overall effect is elegant but not pretentious. The corner location easily solves the issue of zoning: there is a spacious hall for lunch and dinner, a secluded corner for dates and meetings, and a bright area for a cup of espresso and a fresh croissant from the bakery. It has managed to appeal to everyone, although the prices are a bit high for the average segment. The average bill is 2000 rubles.
