"PRO.Khinkali," a Georgian restaurant – a project by Arkady Novikov and the Family Garden restaurant group – recently opened in Krasnogorsk, located in the BAZAAR food hall (address: "Baltia" highway, 26 km, building 7A). This is the 21st restaurant in the chain. The "PRO.Khinkali by Novikov" franchise received the "Palm Branch of the Restaurant Business 2024" award in the category of "Fastest Growing Franchise." Using traditional recipes, the restaurant prepares classic Georgian dishes, such as Adjaruli khachapuri with its airy dough and delicate cheese, a richly spiced kharcho soup, and shashlik that literally melts in your mouth. A separate counter is dedicated to the signature khinkali dumplings, and the number displayed on it is rapidly increasing since the opening. The interior design features a harmonious blend of comfortable armchairs with intricate patterns, textured lighting fixtures, colorful planters, and an abundance of greenery. The bar menu offers a wide selection of Georgian and European wines, as well as homemade fruit drinks and lemonades.
