A family-style Mediterranean restaurant in Ilyinsky.

Opened in 2025, "Navo" immediately immerses guests in a cozy atmosphere, transporting them to the Spanish island of Mallorca with its beautiful coves, or to the Amalfi Coast in southern Italy.

The restaurant's distinctive maritime theme is emphasized by Roman blinds depicting sailboats on the panoramic windows, panels with blue and white fish that seem to swim across the white surfaces, and stylish vintage photographs. The light walls and ceilings, paneled with wood, and the globe-shaped lamps made of frosted glass, resembling fishermen's floats, create a sense of spaciousness and freshness.

The kitchen at "Navo" is headed by Chef Andrei Timoshin, a master of Mediterranean cuisine, thanks to his extensive experience working in Italy and Russia, and his passion for the sea and everything related to it. It's no coincidence that the restaurant's menu features a wide selection of premium delicacies: oysters, sea urchins, shrimp, and mussels from the aquarium. Guests can enjoy appetizers such as Kamchatka crab, bruschetta with smoked salmon, or a platter of Italian cheeses. Seafood lovers will appreciate the seafood platter in white wine, grilled dorade, or Black Sea horse mackerel, while meat lovers will enjoy juicy steaks. A large section of the menu is dedicated to a variety of handmade pasta and pizza, prepared according to all the traditional methods.

A special place is reserved for the desserts, created by Oleg Ilyin, a multiple winner of professional pastry competitions and the holder of the title "Best Pastry Chef in Moscow" – a talented confectioner. Many of his sweet creations are frequent "stars" on social media, and the desserts are suitable for both those who like to indulge and those who follow a healthy lifestyle.

In the summer, the restaurant opens a spacious veranda, where hearty breakfasts are served in the mornings, and a discount is offered on the main menu during the week. In the evenings, from Friday to Sunday, musicians perform at the restaurant, while at other times, pleasant lounge music creates a relaxing atmosphere.
