About

"Poseidon" is the first seafood restaurant in Tyumen, founded in 2002. The head chef, Vladimir Pudov, works under the guidance of the restaurant's partner, Andrey Shmakov.

The story of "Poseidon" continues triumphantly for 22 years. It is acquiring new, modern features in this new decade, remaining a top-tier seafood restaurant for those who appreciate impeccable service and fine dining, where everything is known about fish and seafood, and where quality and trends are carefully monitored – but now in a modern interior and with a strengthened team. The restaurant has been relaunched in partnership with the renowned Moscow-based chef, Andrey Shmakov, the founder of the Savva restaurant in the Moscow "Metropol" hotel and a Michelin-starred chef. His name alone is a guarantee of quality and promises a unique experience for residents and visitors of Tyumen. The new space is intimate (with only 60 seats), stylish, and cozy. From the moment you enter, "Poseidon" transports you to the ocean, directly onto the deck of a modern cruise ship. The restaurant's interior is bright, elegant, and features a cool, oceanic color palette, all designed with a nautical theme using natural materials. The floor is made of deck planks coated with marine varnish, and at the entrance, there is an elegant composition with corals set against a streamlined, ship's hold-like mirror. The walls are adorned with bas-reliefs of marine life, with a key feature being the open kitchen, with its crystal friezes visible from any point in the room, and a beautifully illuminated bar showcasing seafood.
