We genuinely believe that our history has contributed to our proud title: a heartwarming Russian restaurant. "Podkova" is a traditionally Russian, familiar, cozy, and very hospitable restaurant with established traditions. And what can you expect to be served in a truly heartwarming Russian restaurant? Of course, traditional Russian dishes – homemade pickles and cured pork fat, fish soup and borscht, and dishes like "buzhenina" and "zharkoe" slowly cooked in a clay pot in a traditional oven.
