ABOUT THE RESTAURANT Pizza Si! is a family-run pizzeria located on Mir Avenue. This cozy cafe, owned by the Zotov family, offers crispy Roman-style pizza, homemade pasta, and the most delicate tiramisu. Ekaterina Zotova, a lover of Italy, is the driving force and head of the Zotman pizza school. In their Roman-style pizzeria, Dmitry and Ekaterina have combined modern culinary trends with time-tested, classic Italian recipes, using flour produced in-house. The pizza dough is made from four types of the highest quality flour, proofed for 72 hours, resulting in an exceptionally airy and crispy texture. At Pizza Si, you can also find homemade ice cream, sorbets, and limoncello – which they make themselves. Pizza Si is a place where you can enjoy time with your family, gather with friends, savor a dessert with a cup of coffee, or simply take a pizza to go.
