A Chinese snack bar and bar, inspired by the "Half Room" museum of Joseph Brodsky and the highly acclaimed "Follow the Rabbits" collective from Eastern Europe.
The signature dish at "Food of the Ming Dynasty" is Peking duck, for which a dedicated production area has been created. The bar is notable for its menu of 12 cocktails, each referencing the Chinese calendar. The snack bar and bar also place a strong emphasis on tea ceremonies, with a dedicated red room for their performance. The architectural design of "Food of the Ming Dynasty," like that of the museum, was conceived by Brodsky, but in this case, by Alexander. The renowned Russian and Soviet architect, creator of "paper architecture," is not a relative but a namesake of the poet and one of the project's key ideologues.
