We are "Pelmennaya 'Prosche Prostogo'" (Dumpling House "Simple and Easy"). What makes us different from others? Perhaps we have the shortest menu in the world – just one type of dumplings (ground beef and pork filling). And that's all we offer. Perhaps we have the most affordable dumplings in Russia – 130 rubles for a portion of 18 dumplings (200 grams). Perhaps we have the most delicious dumplings in Russia. Perhaps we are the only food service establishment in Russia that uses a patent (No. 111399) in our production process. Perhaps "Pelmennaya 'Prosche Prostogo'" is the only food service establishment in Russia that, since its opening in March 2020, has consistently used the marketing slogan: "If you don't like the dumplings, we'll refund your money." Perhaps "Pelmennaya 'Prosche Prostogo'" is the only food service establishment in Russia that uses ONLY domestically produced equipment and supplies, as well as products and goods from Russian manufacturers. Most importantly: Perhaps "Pelmennaya 'Prosche Prostogo'" is the only food service establishment in Russia that actively employs retirees and people with disabilities: out of 11 employees, 2 are people with disabilities and 3 are retirees, which accounts for 40% of the staff. In our future dumpling houses, we will take on even more social responsibility – employing at least 50% people with disabilities and retirees.
