About
The "Pechorin" brand is more than just a craft bakery; it's a whole philosophy. This philosophy is shaped by a team of passionate professionals, led by one of Russia's most renowned bakers, Oxana Kuznetsova. In addition to her main work at the bakery, she runs courses on artisanal bread baking, the organization and management of bakery production, and a popular blog about artisanal baking on Instagram.
Every day, under her careful guidance, the bakery produces up to 1500 kg of bread. This bread is then delivered to top restaurants in Moscow and to "Pechorin's" own retail locations.
"Pechorin" bread uses only natural ingredients: flour of various types and grades, water, olive oil, salt, nuts, herbs, seeds, and tomatoes. Modern, "smart" dough-making technologies, which control microbiological processes through the optimization of temperature and fermentation time, transform these simple ingredients into a unique bread with a resilient, airy crumb, a slightly sweet, crispy crust, and a vibrant, always balanced flavor. And, perhaps most importantly, the key ingredient is the high level of professionalism and the passion for their craft that the entire "Pechorin" team possesses.
