"Pechorka" is a delightful place that skillfully changes its atmosphere throughout the day. During the day, it's a cozy bakery with fresh bread; in the evening, it's an intimate restaurant with elegant porcelain. Every day, bread is baked using a long fermentation process. The bakery uses six types of flour, both domestic and imported, an Italian deck oven, and modern technologies. Five bakers are responsible for maintaining consistent quality and producing perfect bread. You can watch the entire process through the glass, which is a unique and unparalleled experience. From 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, it's a bakery with the enticing aroma of fresh bread. The menu offers options perfect for breakfast and lunch, hearty and filling dishes that provide energy. Then, the staff takes a technical break, during which the establishment undergoes a complete transformation. Everything changes: the ambiance of the room, the table settings, the waiters' uniforms, the scents, and the music. Even the tableware: during the day, it's handcrafted sets, while in the evening, it's elegant Czech porcelain. From 5:00 PM, the space opens in a new guise – until 10:00 PM, it's an intimate restaurant with a unique presentation and exquisite service. The restaurant menu is small but carefully curated. Each dish is a hit, something you'll love at first sight. The kitchen is headed by Grigory Chudin, a young chef and poet. He has worked on significant projects in the northern capital. He loves cooking vegetables and adheres to a philosophy of respecting ingredients. "Pechorka" is a project from the creators of the "Park Kultury" culinary gallery and the "Temp" coffee shop.
