Park Bistro

A seasonal pop-up project in a fast-casual format: street food with a restaurant twist, set in the natural surroundings of a historic park – in the city center, but away from the hustle and bustle.

Park Bistro is a seasonal fast-casual project that sets a trend for cultural recreation in a park setting, with a unique atmosphere and flavor, while respecting nature. The cafe adheres to a strategy of conscious consumption, using eco-friendly packaging, sorting waste, and minimizing waste. The menu features street food with a restaurant-style presentation. If it's a gyro, it comes with crispy shrimp, slow-cooked beef cheeks, or plant-based meat. If it's a sandwich, it's served on fluffy croissants from the cafe's own bakery. You can also find light salads, sophisticated appetizers, and hot dogs, of course. The beverage selection includes soft drinks, cocktails, sparkling wine, and coffee roasted in Nizhny Novgorod.

Guests can choose to sit in a tent, at a table outdoors, or relax on a sun lounger under the shade of the linden trees. It's in the heart of the city, but away from the crowds.

Outdoor concerts, candlelit dinners in a restaurant setting, plein air painting sessions, lectures, and much more support the park's cultural development.

Park Bistro is located on the slope of Alexander Garden (a park, architectural monument, and cultural heritage site), under the shade of centuries-old linden trees, just a 5-minute walk from Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin.
