Introducing PAPANDOPULO, a new culinary space. This "fast casual" concept blends traditional Greek recipes with a modern, thoughtfully designed interior.

PAPANDOPULO is a new generation of gyro restaurant. We've combined quality food with a comfortable environment that people want to be in. The concept is built on three principles: fast service (ordering at the counter), high-quality ingredients, and a well-designed atmosphere.

Our kitchen is fully open. A glass partition between the dining area and the serving line allows guests to see the food preparation process, from the grill to the plate. This is a conscious decision: we don't hide how we cook.

The PAPANDOPULO space is designed as a valuable experience in itself. The concept was developed with a focus on modernity and comfort, without compromise.

Natural materials and clean colors are used in the decor: Sky-blue ceramic tiles form the foundation of the interior, extending from the floor to the walls, creating a sense of unity and light. The texture of walnut wood in the furniture and panels adds warmth and depth to the space. The orange dining area in the center of the room is a key focal point, a place for larger groups. The exposed ceiling with visible utilities, large windows, and black metal frames connect the interior to the urban environment. The space is zoned, but remains open. There's a raised platform with separate seating, built-in benches along the walls, and freestanding tables. This is a versatile environment that works for a quick lunch and for meeting with friends.

The heart of PAPANDOPULO is a large open grill where the main dish, the gyro, is prepared. The meat is marinated according to traditional recipes, grilled to retain its juiciness, then thinly sliced and wrapped in homemade pita bread, which we make ourselves. Fresh vegetables and signature sauces are added, creating a satisfying dish that people will want to return for.

In addition to gyros, the menu features a wide variety of Greek dishes. This includes a rich Greek salad with high-quality feta cheese, which has already become a favorite among guests, moussaka with beef in a béchamel sauce, a juicy lamb kebab, dolmades, classic souvlaki, and various dips. We cook without shortcuts: the meat is juicy, the vegetables are fresh, the pita is homemade, and the sauces are balanced and unique to us. This is Greek cuisine in its accessible and comfortable form, adapted for the urban environment, but without compromising on quality or flavor.

About Us PAPANDOPULO is a project about honest food and a quality environment. We don't use pseudo-historical decorations or create a "Greek" image in quotation marks. We create a modern urban space where you can eat quickly and deliciously in an environment that is pleasant to be in. We are open to everyone: from office workers to families with children. In our space, you can work, socialize, or simply relax with a plate of good souvlaki and a glass of wine. In the coming months, we will be hosting evenings with DJ sets.
